I have nothing to say about this dish... I'm already sure that your attention is here... and how could it not be? Who doesn't love this wonderful dish??
Let's see the steps to make it yourself.
Here are our ingredients:
• 1 kilogram of beef (brisket or chuck), cut into pieces or sliced tail, about 3 cm thick
• 2 large onions, finely chopped
• 1 tomato, grated
• 2 cans of tomato paste
• 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 2 carrots, coarsely chopped
• ½ wine glass of red wine
• Olive oil
• Salt, pepper, spices, cinnamon, bay leaf
• 1 teaspoon of cedar nuts (optional)
• 1 packet of Karpathian pasta or fusilli
In a saucepan, saute the beef until well-browned.
Once the beef is ready, add the onions and carrots, and continue sauteing. Then, add the garlic and tomato paste. After that, deglaze the pan with wine and add the grated tomato and our spices in a sachet. Let the dish come to a boil, then lower the heat. If needed, add warm water (or beef broth) to maintain the boiling and prevent the meat from becoming tough.
The cooking time depends on how tender your meat is. When it is nearly ready, remove the meat from the saucepan and cut it into smaller pieces. Strain the broth, remove the sachet with spices, and use a hand blender to puree the remaining sauce. Return the meat to the saucepan.
Let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
While it's simmering, boil the Karpathian pasta.
