Today, our menu has noua beef, which we'll make light, without too many spices. Lemon-flavored, with thyme. Whatever we have in our garden, and we'll slow cook it... In the end, we'll fry some potatoes and drizzle them with the sauce. Because... that's how we like it!!
Our ingredients:
1.5 kg of noua beef
1 pack of mushrooms
1 dry onion, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 juicy lemons Zest from one lemon
thyme
vegetable broth
60 g butter
10 g flour
olive oil
salt - pepper
Preheat our oven to 140-150 degrees Celsius.
Take our noua beef and season it well with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil, and brown the noua beef on all sides until it forms a brown crust. Take the beef out, put it in the casserole dish, and then in the same pan (where the juices and the essence of the meat have been left) saute the onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Then, add a piece of butter, rub it on the bottom of the pot, sprinkle with a little flour. Deglaze with lemon, add vegetable broth and thyme, and let it simmer. Pour the mixture over the noua beef in the casserole dish. Put the casserole dish in the oven for about an hour. Then, uncover the casserole dish and let it take on a caramelized color.
Serve with potatoes, mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, etc.
