Recipe-Ingrediants

The easiest bread you will ever make! Even if you haven't tried before, you will love this little bread! Just pressing it, the familiar sound it makes will enchant you! You won't believe your eyes how beautiful, crispy, fragrant, and delicious this bread is! With minimal effort, your bread will turn out magnificent! This is thanks to the steam from our dough, trapped in the pot, which makes it crispy and so wonderful!!

Our Ingredients
• 750g bread flour or hard flour
• 470g lukewarm water
• 30g olive oil
• ½ tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 packet of yeast

Directions

In a bowl, mix the flour with salt, sugar, olive oil, and yeast. Then add the water and mix until all our ingredients are incorporated and a dough is formed. It's that simple!
Next, lightly grease our pot with a brush.
Shape the dough and place it in the pot.
Close the pot with its lid and place it in our oven on the rack at 50°C (122°F) for 50 minutes for proofing.
Don't open the oven or the lid of the pot.
After the 50 minutes, increase the oven temperature to 250°C (482°F) while keeping the lid closed and on the first rack. Bake the bread for another 50 minutes.
Then, remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes to perfect the result of baking. (If desired, you can take it out of the pot and bake it on the rack for this final 10 minutes.)
Once it's ready, take it out of the oven and place it on a rack to cool, covered with a clean towel.
If you want, you can add anise or crushed Chios mastic to the dough.
-The measurements are for a small pot.
