Our Ingredients:

  • 500g all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 large dry onion, finely chopped
  • 2 finely chopped tomatoes
  • 2-3 finely chopped mushrooms
  • A little olive oil
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

In half a glass of lukewarm water, dissolve the yeast by stirring gently (make sure the water is not hot to prevent the yeast from burning).

In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and salt. Then add the olive oil, vinegar, water with dissolved yeast, and gradually incorporate the remaining water while stirring.
