Recipe-Ingrediants

Colorful cake pops on sticks are perfect for kids'' parties, school birthdays, christenings, and more. They are easy and quick to make, and always a hit! You can use leftover cake, or even cake scraps, along with other ingredients you have on hand such as candy or cookies.

Ingredients:
• 400g cake
• 3-4 large spoons of merenda (depending on the amount needed)
• 1 chocolate couverture
• 1 spoonful of cream cheese
• 1 white chocolate
• Skewer sticks
• Colored candy truffles

Directions

Instructions:
1. Crumble the leftover cake and mix it with 3-4 large spoons of frosting and 1 spoonful of cream cheese. Roll the mixture into balls and leave them in the fridge to set.
2. Melt the white chocolate and place the colored candy truffles in a deep plate.
3. Once the cake balls are set, dip a skewer stick in the melted chocolate and place it vertically in each cake ball.
4. Place the cake pops in the fridge to set and firm up.
5. After they are firm, remove them from the fridge and dip them in the melted chocolate either whole or half, then shake them lightly to remove the excess chocolate and dip them in the candy truffles.
6. Place the cake pops upright in a glass and return them to the fridge to set.
7. If you want to transport them, wrap each pop with a plastic wrap and tie it with a ribbon.
8. If you want to display them at a party, cut a cabbage in half, wrap it with aluminum foil, and stick the cake pops into it."
