Set aside 35 whole hazelnuts and crush the rest in a blender. Take the praline spread and mix in the crushed hazelnuts until well combined. Place the mixture in the refrigerator to firm up. Put the wafer cookies in the blender and crush them.

In a bowl, place a little water. Take a hazelnut, wet your hands, and take a small amount of crushed wafer cookie to cover the hazelnut. Shape it into a small ball and place it on a plate. Continue in the same way with the remaining ingredients. (PHOTO)

Place the hazelnut-coated balls in the refrigerator to firm up. Next, take the hazelnut and praline mixture and wet your hands. Take one of the hazelnut-coated balls and roll it in the praline mixture. Shape it into a ball and place it on a plate.

Repeat the process for the remaining hazelnut-coated balls. Place them in the refrigerator to firm up. Serve the chocolate balls in a bowl or individual wrappers for serving.
