Smoothies What are smoothies? In a few words, they are refreshing beverages made from fresh vegetables and fruits, often blended together, with additions such as yogurt, milk, fruit juice, and sometimes enriched with oats, flaxseeds, spices, or even nuts. They provide various tasty results, complemented by crushed ice. Smoothies are allies for our body's well-being, as we can obtain vitamins, minerals, and satisfying fibers in a drink that is essential for our organism, especially when we are on a diet. We can enjoy them at the beginning of our day, as an afternoon treat, or as a refreshing companion during our summer activities.

Detox Smoothies

A beverage that includes the champion of vegetables... kale. Known for its anticancer properties and abundance of vitamins, calcium (having twice the amount found in a full glass of milk), potassium, and protein. It strengthens our body's defense, enhances our nervous system, and aids in cell regeneration.

Cucumber, known for its dietary properties, contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, potassium, and phosphorus, which help with proper digestion, cleanse and rejuvenate the skin, and assist diabetic individuals with the natural production of insulin. It also strengthens hair and cleanses the skin.

The incredible avocado with its rich beneficial properties, abundant in vitamins C and E, aids in collagen and elastin production, cell regeneration, and acts as an antioxidant. It regulates blood pressure, reduces bad cholesterol, increases good cholesterol, protects vision, and is rich in dietary fibers, benefiting our entire body and offering health, well-being, and beauty.

Our Ingredients: 3 leaves of kale 1 cup of baby spinach 1 tsp grated ginger ½ avocado ½ cucumber A squeeze of lime A few mint leaves A small handful of parsley ½ cup almond milk

Carefully wash our vegetables, chop them, and blend them together with almond milk in a blender. Serve chilled.

They aid vision, cardiac and brain function, the urinary system, and are the kings of anti-aging, helping with neurodegenerative diseases. They enhance memory and neutralize free radicals. Our wonderful green apple, so aromatic and beneficial! It is rich in dietary fibers, vitamins A, B, C, helps combat arthritis, aids our digestion, and of course... our hair, our skin, and weight loss!!!

It contains prostaglandins that protect the stomach walls from substances such as alcohol and help combat stomach ulcers. It assists with intestinal problems and bowel diseases. It reduces abdominal fat and has anticarcinogenic properties.

Our Ingredients: 1 green apple ½ cup almond milk ½ cup low-fat yogurt 2 tsp ground flaxseed 1 tsp honey (optional)

We put our ingredients in a blender. We include the apple with its skin. We blend well until all the ingredients are incorporated. Serve over crushed ice.
