Our ingredients:
1 cup of milk
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
Vegetable oil for frying.
In a bowl, combine the ingredients and mix well. You can use a blender if available. In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil to a depth of about 2 centimeters. Pour the batter into the pan, and once they brown on one side, flip them over. Make sure the oil doesn't burn, and once cooked, place them on absorbent paper to remove any excess oil they may have absorbed.
