For the Fish Balls:
• 1 kg sole fillets
• 1 tablespoon corn flour
• ½ tablespoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
For the Sweet and Sour Chili Sauce:
• 500 g water
• 80 g soy sauce
• 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 250 g brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon corn flour
• 4 chili peppers, finely chopped
• Salt to taste
