Fish is one of the most important sources of nutrition, as it provides us with various beneficial nutrients such as proteins, fats, vitamins, and many other valuable elements. When combined with our rich vegetables, it creates a top-notch dish that is delicious, healthy, and highly nutritious.

Our Ingredients:

  • 4 fillets of soaked bacalao
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 large potatoes, thickly sliced
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, grated
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil, and oregano
  • 1/2 glass of white wine
  • 1/2 glass of vegetable broth

Directions

In a baking dish or casserole, we place all the ingredients except for the fish and mix well. We then place the casserole in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about half an hour. After half an hour, when the ingredients are almost cooked, we take the fish and carefully submerge it into the vegetables. We return the casserole to the oven for another fifteen minutes.
