Ingredients:
1 large chicken
1 large onion
1 cup buckwheat
1 carrot, sliced
1 dried onion, finely chopped
1 zucchini, diced
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
In a pot, bring the chicken to a boil. Skim off any foam that forms on the surface. Reduce the heat and simmer until the chicken becomes tender. Once it has almost boiled, add the vegetables and buckwheat to the pot. Let it simmer while adding a little butter, salt, and pepper.
