Let's gather our ingredients:

  • 200g gluten-free flour (Agios Georgios brand)
  • 500g all-purpose flour (Agios Georgios brand)
  • 250g butter
  • 190g powdered sugar
  • 50g fresh milk
  • 18g baking powder
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • Zest from 1 orange
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tsp xanthan gum
  • 2 egg yolks for brushing

Vegan and Gluten-Free Pancakes
